1. knights were implemented after the invasion of muslins on horseback. knights fought for the heavenly lord, earthly lord and the chosen lady. they were employed by a feaudal lord to protect the serfs
2. chilvalry was displaying courage and loyalty and honor and protect the poor and weak.
3. the lit came when they wrote past stories of knights.
4. the women were the military leader when their knight went to battle and they had to take care of everything in the house
5. the church crowned people emperor in hope to influence political matters. in those times, church was more important then who the rulers was
6. the church was not happy when the kings had too much control so they excummunicated them from the church.
